2011 First Quarter Newsletter

Welcome

Welcome to the Logical Resources quarterly newsletter.  The purpose of our quarterly newsletter is to keep clients and potential clients up to date with projects we are working on and to share lessons learned and best project control practice.

About Logical Resources

Logical Resources is a third party consulting firm specializing in critical path method (cpm) scheduling and cpm schedule consulting.  Working with owners, designers and contractors; our consultants develop and manage cpm schedules that enable our clients to efficiently manage time and cost related risks on their projects.

Who’s Managing Your Risk

Are you currently exposed to unforeseen time and cost related risks on a project?  Delayed, accelerated or need to document an unforeseen or unplanned issue that could impact a milestone or completion date?  Do you have a solid plan to manage and mitigate these unforeseen or unplanned risks?  Logical Resources specializes in identifying and developing plans to manage these risks.  Through the use of a cpm schedule and advanced schedule and cost performance indicators, our consultants are able to identify unforeseen or unplanned risks early enabling project teams to react and effectively manage these risks.

Online Report Hosting

Logical Resources added an online report hosting service to our website in the first quarter of 2011.   The new online report hosting service provides a password protected dedicated project page that serves as a central location for project teams to access cpm schedules and other project controls reports.   Once logged into a project page, users can download cpm schedules and updates in PDF format.  If you would like to preview the online report hosting service please email admin@logicalresourcesllc.com.
