Logical Resources provides owner representation on various time, cost and project control related issues.  Owner representation is available on a case by case basis for smaller issues or as an agency construction management service for larger scopes of work.  Agreements for owner representation services can be structured hourly for smaller cases or lump sum for projects with larger scopes of work.  The following list highlights some of our owner representation services.
